Proposal Review Meeting

We review the service proposal over the phone and ensure it includes all of the items you need. If you would like to work with us after this call, we will prepare an agreement and set you up on the schedule.

Onboarding Meeting

We set up a time to meet in person and walk your property together. This allows us to get to know each other and bring our team up to speed with the nuances of your property.

Once the schedules are created, landscape maintenance begins at your property.

Your dedicated account manager will visit each property at least once per quarter. Property notes are provided to the operations team and improvement recommendations are provided to you.
