Phone Screening Call

We review your needs, wants, and any special considerations about your property. We outline our process and set up an onsite visit if it makes sense for both of us.
Initial Onsite Visit

We review the site and explore your goals for the space. This gives us a better sense of your unique taste and design preferences. We also provide a contract for the design. If we are both comfortable with the ideas, we will move forward with the design process.
Conceptual Design Meeting and Pricing

We meet at Morel’s offices to review the conceptual design and conceptual pricing.
Revisions and Contract

We make any needed revisions to the initial design and prepare a final contract.
Build Plans and Pre-Construction Meeting

Build plans are developed, permits are approved, and the pre-construction meeting occurs. This all happens before your project begins to ensure that all parties are on the same page.
Job Execution

Work begins on your project with regular visits from the project manager.
Final Project Walkthrough

A few days before the job is finished, we walk through the project to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the results of your new outdoor space.
120-Day Follow Up

We reach out 120 days after your project is complete to review any warranty concerns and make sure everyone is happy.
Ongoing Maintenance and Warranty

Some clients move into our 360 Maintenance Program, which offers a 12-month plan for hassle-free, full-service landscape maintenance. We also stand behind our products and process warranties as needed.
